How To Make Traditional Yellow Rice (SRI LANKAN)

You Need These Item .....


  • 500 g Samba Rice (much Better Steamed Rice)
  • 4 1/2 Cup coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp Butter oil 
  • 12 -15 Red Onion 
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper 
  • 2 Small Cinnamon Sticks 
  • 10 Cloves 
  • 8 cardamom
  • Lemon Grass
  • Rampe
  • Curry Leaves (Karapincha)
First Wash properly Rice After put On the serviette to dry the Rice

Ok 1 Step

Cut Red Onion Small peace and Lemon Grass, Rampe,Cardamom ,

Ok step 2

Now Switch On Your Rice Cooker put the Button to cooking option and then put Butter Oil and close The Lid (Cover) Wait 3 Mins Now You Can See it Getting Warming. Now Put Curry Leaves and Mix It With Your Curry Spoon Ok Now Put Red Onion and Lemon Grass Mix It Again with curry spoon Cook This around 3 Mins.

Ok 3 step 

Now Its Coming good small you can feel it your nose.Now put Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, and cook it again 3 Mins.

Ok 4 step

Now Mix it Pepper seed and Turmeric Powder Ok...... Now Put the Rice in the Rice Cooker and Stair it 1 Mins and close the lid 1 Mins
               
  Now Inside The Rice Cooker All the water has evaporated now Rice Cooker will switch of Automatically .

Last Step

Now Put 4 1/2 Coconut Milk cups now close the lid and put your Cooker Cooking Option After 10 Mins Open the lid Put 1 Tbsp Salt and Cardamom and rampe Now Its All Finish Wait Until Your Cooker Keep warm Switch On
